I am Judas Iscariot and I wish you all a merry continuation on the festivity that you are celebrating. I hope that you have taken some time for yourselves and not let the stress take over your lives. Stress is not good for your body. It lowers your vibration since the body has to work so hard handling the stress and the feelings that this condition creates. In order to hold the higher vibration that you have achieved you need to keep your body and mind in balance. It can be a good idea to take some deep breathes in order to let go of feelings of stress and to regain your balance. Nothing goes faster just because you stress yourself. This you have all experienced at times. Work done calmly and methodically contributes to a higher quality and a quicker result. It is the same with the transformation that you are in the midst of. You do not get the result by being stressed. Everything has to be done calmly and methodically to yield the best sustainable result – a result that benefits the largest number of people and the Earth as a whole in the best way. The whole and the quality must here be considered, as well as the permanent result. The Earth is moving forward now so it is no time to backtracking, but everything must slowly yield progress – Progress for our Earth and the large humanity that is now on its way in its large transformation. This is where the difficulty lies – you are ascending as a collective and there are many pieces of the puzzle that have to be fitted with each other. There are not that many pieces of the puzzle missing now and this is why you have already started to ascend a bit. If you try you can feel how you already have some air under your feet. (smile)

The New Year is at the doorstep and it will become a fantastic year for you dear Earthlings. It will start with a bang and then move on with my much love and light. Be prepared dear Earthlings for your world will kind of be turned upside down at the beginning of this year. Stand steady with your feet on the ground and hold the light in your hands and in your heart and the New Year will become the year of peace that you have longed for so long. Peace on Earth will now arrive and the people can start to work for a better and healthier life for all and the Earth they live on. The light shines in many a heart now. It is the light that is leading the way on Earth today. The light has power and love for all things living and spread balsam wherever it goes – Balsam for all that have suffered and died. New harvests will be sown and everything will be living again. Feel how everything tingles within you, feel the energy in the air, nature yes, in everything that you can sense around you. It is a new era that has started – a new era of love and peace. Yes, it is an odd time that you live in now and it is the time of the great transformation. Take care of yourselves and each other now as it is now that you are to form a unit of love and light. You will then let this light and this love transform yourselves and your Earth. It is a strange time, a historical moment of transformation from one dimension to another. Feel the energy, feel the joy, feel the light that now enters your bodies. Stand in your light and your love as you are a part of this process of transformation that your Earth is in right now.

今天有许多人向我祈祷。我的能量、我那散播开去的振动可以非常快速地从一个地方到达另一个地方。而我这能量、这振动是朝向所有人类的——即使是那些没有向我祈祷的人，因为我对地球人类怀有无限的圣爱。我也曾是地球人中的一员，尤其在我许多生世中的某一世。

你们肯定猜出我是谁了。我就是你们称作“玛利亚”的那一位。

对于我深爱的你们，我想要说的是我不属于任何宗教。不要给我贴上标签！我曾在地球上生活过，我完成了自己的奇妙使命，而现在我在别处。我也许在飞船上，也许在其它世界上，但仍在做着我已经开始并继续在这个世界上做着的工作——有时是在地球上，有时是在其它地方。

两千年前，我在地球上留下了自己的振动印记。原本就该如此。我那时就该是一个团结大众的人。我和我儿子都肩负着这样的使命。在我的能量、圣爱与觉知中，我联合了很多已开放的存有。

在宗教的名义下曾有过许多牺牲！但是不该以宗教的名义去杀戳、去破坏！

目前在你们的世界上，有太多不明大义的、被某些势力操纵的人由于其信仰而去消灭他人。他们的信仰是由仇恨和权力支配的！

因此我把我心中全部的圣爱能量，发送给所有那些被禁锢在自身之中的人。一个粗暴的、破坏性的人，是生活在自身的监牢中的，是生活在错误观念中的。他对自己完全没有爱，因而也就对他人完全没有爱，而他自己又意识不到这一点。

这样的人常常因为振动的相似而聚集在一起。他们意识不到这个！你们这些人会因振动相似而聚集，他们也一样。你们这些光之工作者与那些为黑暗工作的人的区别在于：你们清楚地知道自己在做什么，并且完全献身于这灵性的工作、这圣爱的工作。而他们也知道自己在做什么，却不知道应该认清自己的错误，不知道他们将在另一世做出怎样的偿还。不幸的是，那些在低级能量中聚拢的人往往受到一些存有的操控。这些存有比他们更有才智，却没有多少圣爱。

我今天之所以前来，是因为世界各地的人们都很想念我，也是因为我为这些向我祈祷的、爱我的人们将遭受的伤害与痛苦而感到难过。

说到向我祈祷，我要说的是：假如你们是在别人要求下向我祈祷的，那没有这个必要！最重要的是去爱！你们可以成天向我祷告，但假如心里没有爱，那这祷告又有什么用呢？

不如少祷告一些，去对圣爱敞开你们的心，并把这圣爱发送给所有缺少它的人吧！这是真的！目前你们可以有效地做到这一点。

两千年来人们向我儿子和我祈求了很多。他们祷告了很多，为的是让我们能回应他们的请求，而实际上他们在自身当中拥有一切！如果我们能成为一个支柱，能帮助你们，使你们获得你们向源头祈求的东西，那就继续祷告吧！不过实际上源头就在你们内在，也就在你们周围。

与其向我祈祷，倒不如与我交流——也就是与我交谈。谈谈你们的痛苦，也谈谈你们生活中所有美妙的事情。和我交谈吧，就像和妈妈交谈一样，就像我在你们身边一样！很多人把我看作是他们在天上的妈妈。我喜欢他们这样看待我！

与我交谈吧，用心灵与我交谈！别说那些祷告词。它们没多大意义，因为你们只是机械地重复它们，所以它们已不再有能量、不再有意义！如果你们用心灵与我交谈，那在你们的意愿、请求中就会有能量。那时我所能给你们的奇迹，就是提供让你们自己去行动的力量，就是提供让你们自己去创造奇迹的力量。

我可以把我儿子和我当成你们的支柱——如果这对你们来说更轻松的话，如果这对你们有帮助的话。

自从我离开这个稠密的世界之后，那些宗教在这世界上作恶甚多，并且现在还在作恶！你们所有人必须感觉到你们真的是兄弟，是心意相通的。什么心意呢？就是圣爱！你们都是由这个能量、这个圣爱振动连接在一起的！

我曾在地球上生活过，曾留下了我的振动，使其浸润这里，正如我儿子留下了他的振动，使之浸润这里一样。我们也曾留下了给人们的教导，使之浸润这里。我儿子给人们的教导是你们所知道的，而我也以某种方式进行过教导。

我非常爱这个我曾短暂生活过的世界。它需要你们的光和你们的爱。我说我曾在这里短暂生活过，就像你们一样，因为一生持续的时间非常短暂！有时你们觉得生活沉重而又艰难，但它是转瞬即逝的。

我爱我曾留给兄弟姐妹的东西。我爱我从他们身上学到的以及我教给他们的东西。对你们来说本该如此——每个人都该按照自己的程度去学习。不过，与我转世于这个世界上时遇到的所有人相比，你们处在一个非常好的觉知与圣爱的水平上。

你们要利用这种觉知水平、圣爱水平去互相影响，去影响周围所有的人。正如你们的光之兄弟（我跟祂们彼此很熟悉）对你们说过的那样：你们以为灵性道路是艰难的，但实际上这是最好走的路，因为它会消除一切阻碍！这条路会使你们意识到：你们在这个世界上瞬息即逝，而唯一的实相就是圣爱。圣爱有各种形态。你们只了解其中的一小部分，只了解其中的某些面向。

我所认识到的圣爱含义与你们的不同。你们将会进化、成长和领悟，将会发现越来越多的圣爱面向。你们将吸收这些圣爱面向并将它们释放出去。你们将通过从光之层面接收到的各种能量和帮助来获得成长。

你们应被赋予成长所需的种种手段！我们在向你们提供我们所能提供给你们的一切，但你们必须大大敞开自己的心灵之门、生命之门！你们也必须有勇气从舒适的象牙塔中走出来！要有勇气去直面人生、直面自己！你们往往对自己不是太严厉就是太宽容！应该看到真实的自己，以中正的眼光来看待自己！

今天，我与你们讲话的方式和以往有点不同。是我选择这样做的！当然，我在向你们发送圣爱，但也想向你们说明这一切，因为现在你们能够听懂了。

与你们所知、所想的不同，在我儿子离去后我以某种方式继续着他的事业。我采用的方式与他略有差别——那是为了适合我周围的人和听我教导的人。

我曾与埃森人有紧密的联系。我们一同工作过。这个灵性组织今天仍然存在并且仍在工作。它已经延续了两千多年。当然，你们无法知道它，因为它是以一种无形的方式为人类工作的。这并不意味着它不在这个世界上工作！你们可能会遇到、见到属于这个组织的人，还可能会与他们交谈，但你们永远不会知道他们在这个世界上的活动、行动是什么。

还有其它一些目前在工作的团体——它们对我们来说非常宝贵。一些团体的工作有着较为特别的方向，但是非常有用。组成这些团体的某些人正在积极行动并拥有很大的觉知。他们没有忘记自己之所是。另一些人的记忆则相对有限，不记得自己是在这世界上工作的光之存有。

位于这个价值阶梯（我们不喜欢“阶梯”这个词，但还是用了它）最上端的人，拥有完全的记忆。另一些人拥有相对有限的记忆。他们也在为源头、为圣爱而工作以使这个世界变成另一种样子。此外还有你们——世界各地的光之工作者们。你们的人数正变得越来越多。

如果某些人在这条路上停下一会儿，那没有关系。只要他们领悟了我和光之兄弟教给他们的东西，只要他们吸收了自己所能吸收的一切，他们就会继续献出圣爱，继续为圣光服务。

献出圣爱和为圣光服务的方式有很多。那些能完全意识到自己之所是、拥有全部记忆、处于阶梯上端的人，和处在阶梯中间以及处在阶梯下方的人，都一样是在工作。实际上那并不是一个价值阶梯，而是一个意识水平、觉悟水平的阶梯。在基层的光之工作者中，有些人正越来越多地觉悟到自己之所是，因而能越来越有效地履行自己的使命。

在世界各地，许多人曾留下了他们的振动以浸润这里。我说的并不是像我儿子、像佛陀那样的伟大存有，而是其他一些人。他们产生过深刻的影响，曾以他们的圣爱和觉知帮助过许多人觉醒。这些人曾经并仍将在这个世界上留下他们的振动印记。

我能任意在那些确实需要我振动与临在的地方现身。我主要在那些有很多苦难、暴力的国家现身——不一定是为了显现为人身，而是为了更强有力地献出光与爱的能量，因为用这种方式我可以置身于你们的世界中，置身于你们的维度中（并非置身于你们的振动中）。

你们将听说我的临在显现出来。我现身的次数比你们想像的要多得多，但这不为人所知，因为这使你们的媒体感到不安——他们不愿意报道他们理解不了的事情。那些政府也一样糟糕！

所有政府都清楚地球正在发生巨大的转变与转化。通过我的临在，我可以帮助这场大转变，而我并不是唯一这样做的！我的许多光之兄弟姐妹都和我同时在这个世界上、在飞船上努力工作着。

对很多人来说，可能完全无法想像他们称之为“玛利亚”的那个女人竟在飞船上工作！必须得说的是：很多人仍然非常封闭，仍然难以理解生命，难以理解我现在和过去的存在状态，难以理解我儿子、我和光之兄弟所能提供的帮助。

生命并不是你们所看到的这样！生命是完全不同的！你们对生命有着一种狭隘的意识，不过这意识将会越来越开放。许多你们过去觉得不可能或完全错误的东西，会向你们显示出它们是正确的、是可能的。

目前对人类来说，最重要的就是开放自己的意识与心灵，就是获得进化！那些宗教曾经作恶，就是因为它们将人封闭了起来。尽管它们也帮助过某些人，但还是有很多人被它们封闭了起来！我要说这不完全是人们的错，因为他们常常听任那些比自己更强大、更聪明的存有来领导自己——至少他们以为那些存有是更强大、更聪明的。对人们来说，处于睡眠中要比处于行动中更舒服。

我再说一遍：你们得学会从象牙塔中走出来，学会以另一种眼光去看待生活！但也不能操之过急。

我不希望你们把我与任何宗教联系起来。把我看作一个大大的光之存有就行了。

我送给你们一股强大的圣爱振动。我唯一请求你们去做的，就是敞开你们的心！

I am Mother Mary and I have come today in order to tell you that we all are standing on the threshold to a higher dimension. Earth has now thrown off many chains and is now sailing up to become one in the service of the light. She returns to become the jewel she earlier were, but with a much greater consciousness. Her travels in the dark will gradually give a much greater light than she ever had before. She has deepened her soul and conquered a great darkness. The same is now true for many of you that now walk the Earth and are what we call “old souls”. Your light will shine as small stars in the sky when that time comes.

我是圣母玛丽亚，我今天前来告诉你我们都处于进入更高维度的门口。地球已经摆脱许多的枷锁，正上升去服务于光。她返回曾经所是的珠宝，但伴随着更大的意识。她在黑暗中的旅程会渐渐地给予一个前所未有过的更大的光。她加深了自己的灵魂，征服了巨大的黑暗。你们此刻行走地球，被我们称为“老灵魂”的人现在也是这样。你的光会像夜空中的星星一样闪耀，当时间到来

Many bodies are now going through a great transformation. They adapt to a higher light and it can give some physical problems. This is different for everybody. It depends on what the body is carrying, as there can be different balances for each and everyone that walk here on Earth. You have had different lives and have taken down with you different things that will be released and healed. This is the reason it is important to seek within, as the outer cannot give you the answers you are looking for.

许多身体正在经历一个伟大的转变。它们适应更高的光，这会产生一些身体上的毛病。每个人都是不一样的。这取决于身体携带着什么，因为每个行走于地球的人平衡度都是不一样的。你们拥有不同的生活，拾取了许多将会被释放和疗愈的不同事物。所以很重要向内寻求，因为外在无法给予你你所寻找的答案

The light is strong now dear children and it is meant that all who want to should be able to absorb it in their bodies and ascend with Earth. Never before have so many ascended at the same time on this Earth. This is a wonder in itself and makes this journey into a unique journey in the Universe. There is a large number of people who have chosen this and who are now exchanging their carbon based structure for a crystal structure. Some have already started this process and many are on their way. The light affects all of you and the body’s many cells are transformed in one way or another. For some it goes fast for others it takes longer time. It depends on which consciousness level you are at. Your consciousness is growing at the same pace as the body. It can be either your body or consciousness that takes the initiative, but they go hand in had, so take good care of your selves now. You need a time when you enter your own quantum field. It is vast field that exists within you. It is larger than you think. I could say that the whole universe can fit there and it is true in a sense, and this you will understand one day when the time is right. It might be good to let your bodies rest a bit extra during this period as it takes much strength and energy to build up a new cellular structure at the same time as the old is to be healed.

I know that many are impatient to move on with their lives, but they have barely started their journey yet. When they understand the meaning of this large transformation they will start to become a bit more humble of mind. The change is not temporary. It is permanent and Earth moves on in its crystalline structure and so do you and nothing will even resemble what you live in now, as the transformation will be total and it exists today only as a miniscule vision in your three dimensional world. Your journey will lead you to skies that you have not even dreamed about. This transformation cannot be rushed. It grows and appears gradually in your consciousness and in your transformation of Earth. One thing drives the other. The goal is a utopian world the like of which you with your three dimensional glasses have never seen before.

As humanity’s awakening process continues to accelerate, know that it is unstoppable.  The collective has made the choice and the decision to awaken, and that intent goes on intensifying.  There are signs of your awakening everywhere, however, at the same time, much is arising that is not in complete alignment with Love, and it is arising only to be seen, recognized, and released.  Your own daily individual visits to your holy inner sanctuary to open your hearts ever more fully to the Love residing there greatly assist in that intensification, and are an essential aspect of it.

随着人类的觉醒进程继续加速，知晓它是不可阻挡的。集体已经做出了选择，决定醒来，这个意图不断地加强。到处都有着觉醒的迹象，但，与此同时，很多不与爱完全对齐的东西出现，它们的出现只为被看到，认识到和释放。你个人每日访问内在的圣殿，向驻留于那的爱更多地敞开心，会极大地协助那个加强，是它基本的面向

When you go within to commune with Love, by opening your hearts to It, you are most effectively assisting in the awakening process, which is why you are incarnate as a human at this point in the evolutionary cycle.  The awakening process started the moment that you chose to experience separation and was completed in that same now moment, because God, Source, Love did not want you to suffer for even a moment.  Nevertheless, you chose to play your games in the illusion, where time is a major characteristic, and they appear to you to have been ongoing for eons.  – The “eternal now moment” and “time,” what a paradox they present you with!

当你进入内在与爱交流，通过向它敞开心，你在最有效地协助觉醒进程，所以你在这个进化周期的点化身为人。觉醒进程始于你选择体验分离的那一刻，也在相同的当下时刻完成，因为神，源头，爱并不想要你受苦，哪怕一刻。不过，你选择在幻象中玩耍你的游戏，其中时间是一个重要的特性，它们让你看似它进行了恒久。---“永恒的当下时刻”与“时间”，呈现给你一副悖论！

To awaken is to release yourselves from the illusion by letting go of your hold on all that is not in perfect alignment with Love – by putting all the pieces and the board on which you are playing back into the box and discarding it because it no longer serves you.  The game of separation is all about resisting Love and proving to yourselves that you do not need It by destroying It, but of course you cannot destroy the indestructible.  So it remains a game, a painful one admittedly, an unreal state into which you introduced judgment, blame, bitterness, hatred, conflict, and, of course, fear, the underlying aspect of all the states that are in opposition to Love.

觉醒就是自由于幻象，通过放下你对不与爱完美对齐的一切---通过把所有的碎片和画板放回箱子并丢弃，因为它不再服务你。分离的游戏都是关于抵抗爱，向自己证明你不需要它，通过摧毁它，但当然你无法摧毁无坚不摧的。因此它依然是一个游戏，不可否认是一个痛苦的游戏，一个虚幻的状态，你引入了评判，责备，苦涩，仇恨，冲突，当然，还有恐惧，所有与爱相对的潜在面向

Because Love is gentle as well as infinitely powerful, It just is, and all that is not in alignment with It will just dissolve into Its warm embrace and become One with It.  There is ONLY LOVE!  There is no beyond, outside, or elsewhere.  Therefore the game of separation will come to an end, as will time, and then the peace, joy, and utter contentment that is your natural state will fill your awareness, and your creative potential will blossom in ways that you cannot possibly imagine.

因为爱是温柔的以及无限地强大，就是这样，所有不与它对齐的会溶解于它温暖的拥抱，与它合一。只有爱！没有之上，之外或其他。因此分离的游戏会结束，就像时间，然后平和，喜悦与彻底的满足会是充满你意识的自然状态，你创造性的潜能会在你无法想象的方式中绽放

God is Love, and Love is ALL.  As children of God you are infinitely creative because He gave you all His skills and abilities at the moment of your creation, and consequentlyyou too are creators.  As creators your abilities are limitless, but as humans, playing the game of separation, you find yourselves severely limited because that is the nature of separation.

神是爱，爱是一切。作为神的孩子，你无限地富有创造力，因为他给予了你所有的能力和技能，在你创造的时刻，因此你也是创造者。作为创造者，你的能力是无限的，但作为人，玩耍着分离的游戏，你发现自己严重受限，因为这是分离的本质

But separation is unreal, a game in which you have discarded the skills and abilities with which you were endowed at the moment of creation as One with God.  Consequently, because you are attempting to live alone, separated from your Source, you experience yourselves as small and insignificant beings in a threatening and unsafe environment.  There you need to work hard to access the means of survival, and however hard you work it never seems to provide you with the essentials that you deem necessary, and so life is a constant struggle.

This need not be so, because within you Love resides.  You are Its eternal Home as It is Yours.  When you open your hearts to It and allow It to flow freely and continuously your suffering will ease.  Yes, you may still be in pain, but the warm flow of Love that you are allowing in will lead you to acceptance of whatever arises, to awareness that you are where you chose to be, experiencing what you chose to experience, and in that awareness the suffering will become less intense.

Suffering arises whenever you focus on judging and apportioning blame on those whom you perceive as having hurt or offended you.  When you can allow yourselves to know that those who have done so are themselves suffering intensely, you can then allow compassion for them to arise within you, and that will ease your own suffering.

当你专注于评判，责备那些你认为伤害或冒犯你的人，苦难升起。当你可以让自己知晓这么做的人在强烈地受苦，你就能让对他们的同情从内在升起，这会减轻你自己的苦难

To do that is demonstrating Love in action even when you do it privately and silently.  Love in action heals, comforts, and uplifts, and It is always within you awaiting your acceptance and acknowledgment of It.  It is your Home, your place of rest, a place within to which you can retreat and receive the strength and courage you seek to continue following your human life path knowing that it will bring you to your moment of awakening, while also helping others to move toward theirs.

There is only Love, and all of humanity is moving positively and powerfully toward remembering this and knowing that in truth It is their nature.  You block It from your awareness by holding onto grudges, resentments, judgments, self-righteousness, and bitterness at others, and at life’s unfairness.  When you choose to let go of and discard those apparently justified feelings, Love can and will fill your hearts, bringing you peace and contentment even in situations that previously terrified or infuriated you.  Love is always the answer to every problem, issue, and painful situation.  Love neither attacks nor defends Itself because there is nothing that threatens It, because there is nothing apart from It.  It is Mother/Father/God, Source, All That Is, and so are You, even though as little human you that does not appear to be the case.

Go within daily, open your hearts to the Love residing there, feel Its warm acceptance of you, just as you are with all your apparent faults and inadequacies, and know that you are eternally safe at Home in the Presence of the One.  You have just temporarily forgotten that divine and unchanging truth.
